Many people are suffering anxiety and stress at the thought of venturing back into the world post-covid. Using a variety of practical tools, Lisa will support you to look at how things are in your life right now and share how to develop skills to summon resilience and calm when you need it most. Starting with the areas that are causing suffering, whether that be poor health habits, unsatisfying work or lack of inspiration for life and addressing those obstacles in a systematic way.
Participants learns to revaluate their own wants and needs through participating in a life audit which incorporates reflection on the main areas of life under growth, contribution and adventure while understanding their key drivers and the obstacles that stand in the way. Participants learn ways to manage the practicalities of being a householder, employee, parent, grandparent with the ever present need to be a visionary, creator, and spiritual aspirant.
Participants can expect to develop a more balanced approach across all areas of life, learn some practical tools and resources, that will offer accountability, that will challenge them and support them to create new habits ,while letting go of old patterns.
This is a free course but participants MUST be available for all five sessions. Suitable for adults 18+.
