The Irish Sailing League launched in December 2022 with the aim of concentrated inter-club racing which is hugely successful in other parts of Europe and across North America. Competitors represent their club in a series of short sprint races against teams from other clubs in a series of weekend events.
Teams will battle it out to become the Irish Sailing League Champions and give a club the right to declare it is the best sailing club in the country.
The Dún Laoghaire races will take place in Scotsman’s Bay - the Dún Laoghaire Baths and Newtownsmith provide an ideal viewing location. Racing will commence at 11am daily.
