The present village of Shankill is not actually in Shankill, but in Shanganagh.
How did this happen and where was the original medieval village of Shankill? This walk helps to answer these questions, as well as examining the ancient village of Shanganagh and its mill and the planned village of Tillystown, as well as the castles, railways, big houses and roads of the Shankill area. Meet at Shankill DART Station.
