In this 4 week course, participants will learn how to reduce stress by applying the art of mindfulness in their day-to-day lives. This is a practical and educational course which teaches us to learn how to direct our attention to the here and now so that we no longer feel at the mercy of racing thoughts or random worries.
Thursday 7 Sept: Finding your Authentic Self, guided imagery and the body scan.
Thursday 14 Sept: Applying Mindfulness to Conflict Management and Communication Styles.
Thursday 21 Sept: Reducing stress with Mindfulness
Thursday 28 Sept: Mastering your Mind; it's not about what happens-it's how you respond.
